Broken Items: All pieces are repacked to prevent them from breaking during shipping, but if an item should be broken beyond reasonable repair we have the option of requesting a claim from the shipping company delivering the item. In this case it may be necessary for the shipping company to pick up the item for inspection and return to us. Once we have received the item we will re-ship the replacement one to you at no cost to you. Important message about our products: All our Mahogany and Teak models are hand crafted items. No two are alike and therefore they are imperfect by nature. Color variations from model to model vary and we can not guarantee that the color consistency will always be the same. For protection from damage we ship the pieces semi-assembled. Some simple final assembly may be required. Shipping and handling fees are as follows: Ground: Fedex Ground/UPS/USPS Domestic Shipping (Continental US 48 states) Shipping charges will be added to each item. For a single item, shipping ranges from $7 - $12, depending on location in the country. There is no mark-up on our shipping. International Shipments: Price will be provided prior to processing your order and you will be advised of cost.
